I recently purchased this on Mercari for a costume. I tried it on a couple of times but never wore it. The extra Buttons are still attached inside the jacket. Original listing description:

Simply Gorgeous fully lined jacket.
With Passementerie trimmed bodice.
Velvet collar and sleeve button placket.
Three rows of intricate ribbons on the sleeves.
Fabric is a luscious felted heavy cotton/elastine. It is fully lined in a fantastic luster twill. There are extra buttons on content label in side seam.
Used for one photoshoot - no damages.
Zara is contemporary sizing - this item is XL but please go by below measurements.
Chest - 21” flat measure = 42”
