Amazing blue down vest from jcpenny. Vintage af and amazing condition. No signs of wear except on the faded tag inside the vest that says 80percent down. All buttons are there and work. Two pockets on front. What a great find! Who needs new and generic when you could be hipster vintage and unique :) 17 inches wide shoulder to shoulder. 22 1/2 inches long in front and 24 inches in back.
