An extended foam base grip, mid-length foam rubber lead hand grip, and a 6” length round end foam that is specifically crafted for securely attaching a boxing glove. The middle lead hand grip allows the trainer to thrust the Gladiator Stick back and forth to simulate a real opponent’s punches.
