A motor capable of between 2000 to 12,500 RPM in mixer function and from 350 to 1500 rpm in whisk function that allows exact control over how quickly items are blended. The 8 inch shaft length with 7 inch whisk ensures the blender will reach down into larger bowls. Ideal for blending soups and puréeing fruit and vegetables. Specially designed for processing small amounts and for making sauces and emulsions, this mixer is equipped with an emulsifying disc to produce a frothy result.
