This CD was distributed exclusively to attendees of the "Virgin Christmas Eve - Santa Came Naked" event held on December 24, 2002, at Shibuya La.mama, featuring GOINGSTEADY (now GING NANG BOYZ) and Onan Machine.
It includes talks by Inomar and Mineta, as well as music from both bands.
Given La.mama's capacity, it's likely only around 300 copies were ever released, making it a very rare item. Furthermore, despite being from 2002, the case, lyric card, and disc are all in good condition.
