Sequoia and Gita steampunk blue vest. The boutique which used to be located in LA has permanently closed. It's classified as a dress but is more like a vest. Runs small. It's marked as a medium but is more fitted for someone sized XS-S. The back and the front sides of the piece are adjustable, acting as a corset almost, so can be fitted to size.
