The PC Engine AV Booster is a device that allows the original PC Engine (TurboGrafx-16) console to output composite video and stereo audio, which was not available through the standard RF output.
The AV Booster was designed to address the limitations of the original PC Engine's output, which only offered RF (Radio Frequency) signals, resulting in lower picture quality and mono audio.
The AV Booster plugs into the expansion port on the back of the PC Engine console and provides composite video and stereo audio outputs.
