This is a so-called 66bige, a transitional period between Levi's Big E and 66前期 (early 66).
In addition to the single-stitch back pocket, it features a button back marked with factory number 16 and yellow stitching around the pockets.
The condition is poor, as you can see from the images. There are many damages, a hole in one pocket, damage to the buttonhole, etc. There are creases near the hem because I was rolling them up until recently.
Actual measurements:
Waist: 42cm
Rise: 32cm
Inseam: 75cm
Thigh: 32cm
Leg opening: 22cm
I think this width is almost impossible to find for this waist size.
