In good outer condition with a screen protector on, always had a kid safe cover on. Daughter used for around 11 months then stopped working. No damage to the screen or buttons, think it just needs the battery disconnecting and reconnecting to reset and power back on but not 100% sure if that will work and not technical enough to open it up. Will be an easy fix for someone that knows what they’re doing. Comes with original box with matching serial numbers and instructions.
