Size 38 regular which translates to a US medium. I'm embarrassed to admit I thought this was a women's coat and was wearing it as such. I think it's unisex and could be worn either way. Super soft and cozy with a hidden internal pocket, soft rubber buttons and lots of padding to stay warm.
