This is a 100 card, elite commander mill deck. This deck is a ton of fun. The deck focuses on milling your opponent through Phenax's ability. The deck supports this through a number of cards with high toughness (walls, etc) that are also strong defensive bodies. The deck also features a number of other creature kill effects to subdue your opponent, counterspell effects, and other mill effects to speed up your win. A mill strategy can be ambitious in commander with 100 card decks, but Phenax in combination with walls and other high-toughness creatures can mill out your opponent insanely fast.
