It boots up and is usable. The battery is not functional, so it can be used with the AC adapter. There are no major scratches on the LCD.
The CD has been played. There is a backup OS X disc, but I don't know if it will work, so I will include it. The date and time count will be incorrect.
As this is an old model, I cannot address any other issues.
