Amerex 20 lb ABC Fire Extinguisher

Amerex® 20 Pound Multi-Purpose ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher with wall mount bracket and aluminum valve operates effectively at the temperature range of -65 to 120 deg F. Extinguisher featuring all metal valve construction has anodized aluminum valve body. Dependable drawn steel cylinder extinguisher measuring 24" X 10 1/4" X 7" has stored pressure design. Fire extinguisher with large loop stainless steel pull pin features long lasting high gloss polyester powder paint. It has a discharge range of 15 - 21' and discharge time of 30 sec. It uses a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical. Extinguisher chemically insulates class A fires by melting at approximately 350 deg F and coats the applied surface. Extinguisher smothers as well as breaks chain reaction of class B fires and does not conduct electricity back to the operator. Stored pressure dry chemical extinguisher with bar coded and bi-lingual labels can be easily maintained as well as serviced in an economic way. Fire extinguisher can be used on flammable liquids and energized electrical equipment. It is UL listed and complies with NFPA 10 standard.
