1971 Eisenhower liberty $1. D mint mark.  Commemorating the Apollo 11 moon landing.
Contains 2 errors.
One is the eagle on the back is what is known as a “friendly eagle.”It has a less menacing face than the common one.
The other error is that the earth depicted on the coin just above the eagle was not stamped fully as you can see. It’s missing part of the globe on the top left of the Earth.
This coin has been in my family since it was struck in 1971.
